The Rotary Foundation…

The mission of The Rotary Foundation is to enable Rotarians to advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through the improvement of health, the support of education, and the alleviation of poverty.

The Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation supported by voluntary contributions from Rotarians and friends of the Foundation who share its vision of a better world.

Contributions to the Rotary Foundation Annual Fund are recognized in the following categories:

  • Rotary Foundation Sustaining Member (EREY or Every Rotarian Every Year) - Makes a minimum gift of $100 annually (Presently the Sedona Rotary Club has 100% participation in this effort.
  • Paul Harris Fellow (PHF) requires a donation of $1,000. PHF recognition includes the certificate, special pin and medallion. We do have a number of award points that can be shared with club members once their contributions have reached $500.
  • Multiple PHF -Paul Harris Fellows who make additional contributions will receive a new lapel pin fitted with a sapphire for each $1,000 up to 5 stones. Contributions between $7,000 -9,000 earn up to 3 rubies.
  • Paul Harris Society Member - requires an initial gift of $1,000 and $1,000 annually thereafter.

In addition to the above categories, the Rotary Foundation Permanent Fund recognizes Benefactors, Major Donors and Bequest Society Members.
