Congratulations RYLA delegates…

   Six Sedona high school students are heading to the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards Conference at Camp Pinerock in Prescott January 16-19.   The RYLA committee selected delegates Caitlyn Griefenberg, Samantha Knight, Jessica Powers, Jacob Seemann and Kaitlyn TaylorTaylor Webster will be an alternate delegate.  The Conference gives area youth the opportunity to enhance their leadership skills.  

Meet November’s Student of the Month…

   Our Club continues its recognition of outstanding area young people by awarding Sedona Red Rock High School senior Luke Dumyahn a $500 college scholarship.  Luke is a member of the National Honor Society and Key Club.  His sports interests include tennis, soccer and basketball.  Congratulations Luke.

     Congratulations new Dad Ron Goldman, he and his wife are proud parents of a new daughter, Ruby!

     A spectacular New Year All Year Around event is planned for January 25, 2009.  Only fifty places are available for the celebration of the Korean New Year at Sedona’s Mago Café.   Tickets are $50 each; early sign up sheets will be available at our Club meetings in December.
