The recent snowfall allowed even native Sedona area residents a chance to stop and relish the natural beauty of the red rock buttes surrounding our community. The red rocks brought wonder to our ancestors for centuries and they will stand for generations to come. Enjoy Bell Rock dusted with snow. Did You Know?... · Dr. David Herald will be inducted into Rotary as an Active Member at Tuesday’s Meeting. Welcome Dave! · Gary Karademos and Miki Dzugan will attend the PETS Conference in early March for leadership training. They will be distributing information about our Paul Harris Statues and the upcoming Kleiwer Bronze Raffle. · The nineteen members of the District’s newest Club, Glendale West, send their appreciation for our gift of a Paul Harris Statue. · Renata Barnwell reports that the 2009 Group Study Exchange team from Australia will visit the District from April 25th to May 18th. The team members will arrive in Sedona for an evening Rotary event on May 12th. On May 13th they will present to a joint meeting of our Club and the Red Rocks Rotary Club. · Non-Rotarians between the ages of 25-40 who are involved with the Tourism or Hospitality Industry can apply to be part of the GSE Team to Australia, Sept. 21-Oct. 20, 2009.
